Job Description
Spearheads the change management and communication needs arising from the transformation, working in coordination with all business lines, the Human Capital teams and the Communications teams. Key responsibilities:
•
Lead and coordinate change management and communication activities across all impacted business lines, Human Capital and the Communications teams;
•
Champion change across the organization and act as a focal point for change-related queries and support;
•
Develop change readiness and impact analyses to assess the organization’s preparedness for upcoming changes;
•
Design and deliver change and engagement plans that create visibility of ongoing projects and internal opportunities;
•
Ensure that employees are informed, aligned and excited about the changes taking place;
•
Establish a network (“team of champions”) to drive and sustain change at the local level; and
•
Introduce and embed a structured change management methodology that ensures close alignment with all parties impacted by the change.
Skills
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology or a related field;
•Proven experience leading change management on large-scale organizational transformation programmes;
•Recognized change management certification (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR, CCMP or equivalent) is preferred;
•Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities; and
•Experience building change champion networks and embedding change methodologies.
